All orders placed outside of the US and Canada are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Please note we do not supply return labels
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused item in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt with your original invoice. Once we receive the item we will issue you a refund for the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued only once the item/s are received. Items that show wear will not be refunded. If your package is lost, refunds will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be refunded. Please note, we do not supply return labels. Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for return. Custom orders are also not available for exchange to return. Please check the measurements of the earrings before purchase.
